The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating cross-functionally, and bringing a voice to the users.Requirements:Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research using an array of research techniquesAnalyze users behavioral and attitudinal data to uncover customer painpoints and unmet needsAbility to conduct a range of research methods including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, ethnographic studies, contextual inquiry, and concept testingSynthesize and present research findings in contextLeverage human centered design principles to develop journey maps, user personas, and jobs to be doneWork closely with Product, Design, and Development teams to regularly integrate user feedback into the product design and development processAbility to accurately scope research initiatives by collaborating with stakeholdersLeverage existing data and ability to tie insights to analyticsWork in a SAFE Agile environment, coordinating projects by sprintsAbility to work effectively both individually and as part of cross-functional teamsEffectively manage vendor partner relationships ensuring that output meets internal expectationsSkills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with UX Research.Bachelors or advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Cognitive Psychology, Anthropology, Market Research or similar fieldSolid understanding of wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
