Position Summary
The Senior Research Analyst will work as part of the Efficacy and Research team within Product and Technology and will collaborate extensively with other departments within PVS and Connections Academy schools. Working from a home office, the Senior Research Analyst will be a vital member of a highly-collaborative team charged with surfacing new insights about customer needs and practices that lead to learner success—information that feeds new school practices, product development, investment, and company strategy.

Working from a home office, the Senior Research Analyst will be a vital member of a highly-collaborative team charged with surfacing new insights about customer needs and practices that lead to learner success—information that feeds new school practices, product development, investment, and company strategy. The Senior Research Analyst is responsible for providing support with gathering customer insights, research design and implementation, database exploration and management, data analyses, and the preparation of data visualizations using tools that best convey insights to a variety of audiences. Candidates with a background in data systems, visualizations, and analysis as well as experience working with K-12 educational and/or virtual programs are strongly encouraged to apply.
