Applicants with a background in repair industry like Apple iPhone, Macbook, iMac & Operating Systems, and are Apple Certified Macintosh Technicians (ACMT) will be highly considered. Experience Required with iPhone, Mac, and iPad Repairs. Computer Repair Software and Hardware! Samsung and Tablet repairs. The position is open immediately for a Repair Technician. This Position Will Work in a repair-shop environment helping customers fix their devices. Repair iPad, iPhone, and other devices. Repair Mac and PC Computers (hardware and software). Some experience is necessary. Skills Required Strong customer service skills are needed on the phone and in person. Full knowledge and experience to repair iPhones such as broken screens, and changing batteries or cameras. Apple Certifications, Desktop Repair Technician, Portable Repair Technician, Technical Coordinator. Excellent Apple diagnostics repair and troubleshooting skills. Satisfactory verbal and written skills. Experience Experience in diagnostics & repair of Apple computers. Two years of proven experience repairing Apple Computer Systems.
