About the RoleAs a Mid-Level Provider, you’ll work closely with a Physician Medical Director and Center Director to coordinate personalized care for patients receiving hormone replacement and targeted wellness services.

Clinical knowledge and experience are important, but so are communication, emotional intelligence, teamwork, confidence, and the ability to connect with patients.
Minimum QualificationsWe provide two full weeks of paid training.
Our training is designed to give you the knowledge, tools, and support needed to feel confident and successful in the role.
Saturday AvailabilityOur clinics are open on Saturdays, and providers must be available to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month .
In months with five Saturdays, providers are required to work three Saturdays .
Clinic HoursClinic closed daily from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM for lunch.
Credentialing & License VerificationAs part of our standard screening process, our Credentialing Department will verify applicable professional licenses, board certification, DEA/OBNDD information, and NPI/taxonomy information.
Candidates should be prepared to provide the information needed to complete this process. Licenses and credentials must be active, in good standing, and within the provider’s scope of practice.
