Healthcare Administrator in Training / Floor Administrator Our Administrator in Training Program is a paid position designed for graduates or entry-level candidates to gain comprehensive experience across all departments in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, including Nursing, Business Office, Dietary, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Central Supply, Medical Records, and Rehab.
