Data Governance Specialist

Gcom is looking for a Data Governance Specialist to help monitor intake queues and the shared drive for incoming products scheduled for issuance each day. Responsibilities include:

• Maintain the Master Reports List using multiple sources
• Coordinate with Publishing, Congressional Relations, and General Counsel on product issue dates and discrepancies
• Create and populate product records in the product system for all standard audit products, legal products, and special publications
• Attach all required related and supporting files to each record
• Apply product-type-specific SOPs for Testimonies, High-Risk Series, Interactive Graphics, Infographics, Videos, and Podcasts
• Review metadata records for accuracy, completeness, and correct file associations
• Provide structured feedback to indexers and resolve data discrepancies
• Contact Publishing, OPA, or product teams to resolve questions arising during QA
• Monitor and action ServiceNow tickets daily; create and close
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust requiring U.S. citizenship
