Customer Service Representative

Johnson & Johnson Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing is seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, follow up with clients, and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Schedule appointments and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Proactively reach out to customers for maintenance scheduling and promotions
• Explain services clearly and compassionately to homeowners
• Collaborate with service and dispatch teams
• Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan CRM
• Support team members and contribute to positive workplace culture

Requirements:

• 3+ years of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Warm, personable demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented, goal-driven environments
