We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team and help ensure our inventory meets high performance standards before reaching our customers.
Job Description
As a Cell Phone Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing smartphones—primarily iPhones and Android devices—used in our wholesale inventory. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and takes pride in precision and consistency.
Responsibilities
* Diagnose hardware and software issues on smartphones
* Perform repairs including (but not limited to): screen replacements, battery replacements, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and buttons
* Test devices for functionality after repairs
* Grade devices based on condition and performance
* Maintain organized repair stations and inventory tracking
* Follow company repair and quality control procedures
* Meet daily repair and productivity goals
Qualifications
* Ability to diagnose issues efficiently and accurately
* Steady hands and strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Nice to Have (Not Required)
* Experience in wholesale or e-commerce operations

What You’ll Do
Clean and sanitize smartphones
Polish screens and housings
Remove stickers, residue, and debris
Prepare devices for testing and grading
Keep your workstation organized

Comfortable doing repetitive hands-on work
No experience required — we will train the right person
