To support a busy adult medicine practice, the part-time Bilingual Spanish Medical Scribe will perform medical record documentation and clerical duties remotely from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, ensuring provider effectiveness and improved patient flow. Key responsibilities Preparing and assembling medical record documentation to support healthcare providers Entering patient room details with the physician during visits to capture and transcribe medical records Updating patient medical records with clinical information at the direction of the physician Required qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English High school diploma or equivalent Typing speed of 45+ WPM Ability to work two shifts per week for part-time (16-24 hours) or three shifts for full-time (32+ hours) Residency in an approved state for virtual work
